International Orders & Customs
For EU customers (Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain):
Your shipping cost of £28.00 includes customs clearance and handling fees charged by Royal Mail. Please note that your parcel may still be subject to import VAT upon delivery, which is determined by your local customs authority and is the responsibility of the recipient.
For USA customers:
Your shipping cost of £35.00 includes customs clearance and all import duties and taxes (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid). You will not face any additional charges upon delivery.
For Canada customers:
Your shipping cost of £25.00 covers standard international postage only. Please be aware that your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in Canada. These charges are determined by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or cover these costs.
For Norway customers:
Your shipping cost covers standard international postage only. Orders shipped to Norway are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Please be aware that your parcel may be subject to import VAT and customs charges upon arrival in Norway. These charges are determined by Norwegian Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or cover these costs.
For Australia customers:
Your shipping cost covers standard international postage only. Please be aware that your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in Australia. These charges are determined by the Australian Border Force and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or cover these costs.
